Job description

The sought-after figure will join our customer care team and will take care of assisting customers online. The goal is to provide timely, efficient and courteous customer support via email, chat, social media or telephone, in relation to:

  • guide the user in using the site
  • problems relating to orders, payments, deliveries and returns
  • advice on styles and fabrics for the most typical uses
  • Solving customer requests that require knowledge of the website and the features of the products.
  • Update customers accounts and case notes.
  • Liaise with production and team manager to ensure that requests are managed promptly and keep the customers up to date on the progress.
  • Serve as the front-line, on-call resource for all customers via emails, phone, chat, and social media.
  • Interact with clients efficiently and with empathy, but firmly.


The person will operate according to procedures and knowledge given by the company, and in close coordination with the team manager. Previous experience in clothing is highly appreciated but not strictly necessary.

The ideal person should be able to provide timely, complete, courteous and professional answers.
To perform well in this role it will be critical to understand the company’s policies and to develop a knowledge of our products.
Accuracy and efficiency in written and verbal communication are a must for this role.
Extensive training and constant support will be provided constantly.

Job requirements

  •  Fluent in English and German
  •  Passion for human relations and customer relationship
  •  Empathy, listening skills and analysis
  •  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  •  Previous customer relations, customer service or in-store experience
  •  Interest in men’s clothing and style

Also useful:

  • Previous use of CRM software
  • Knowledge of the German language
  • Proficient user of IT systems, Google docs, and possibly web-based helpdesk systems.
